ABOUT
M2 Repairs & Renovation Management LLC is a locally owned and operated business. The company was founded by Savannah native H. George Meyers. The company was originally part of Mia Madison Properties LLC, a full-service real estate brokerage and acted as their maintenance department. In 2013 the company (M2 Repairs) divided from the brokerage and became a separate entity and started servicing local landlords, property managers and investors and continued to serve Mia Madison Properties. In 2017 the company was closed and the owner placed his business focus into his real estate brokerage. In 2019 the company was reopened (as M2 Repairs and Renovation Management LLC) due to many requests by former clients and real estate professionals and due to the need in the market for a reliable, professional and ethical company to service real estate professionals, homeowners, landlords, investors, property managers and more. To provide the highest level of service M2 Repairs has both on-staff professionals and qualified sub-contractors. M2 Repairs is licensed and insured and guarantees all our work and craftsmanship.

M2 was exceptional in many aspects of a recent job they completed. They were called to do an estimate on touch up paint.
